Julia Meyer is a Freelance Senior Project and Event Manager with more then ten years of experience delivering high-impact brand experiences across international markets. She specializes in leading complex productions within fast-paced, premium environments, combining strategic thinking with operational excellence.

Throughout her career, Julia has successfully led and executed projects for globally renowned brands and agencies including Amazon, Bulgari, Ferrari, Nike, Aston Martin, Highsnobiety, Mozilla, Jung von Matt and many more. She takes full ownership of budgeting, stakeholder management, timelines, contract negotiations and on-site execution, ensuring seamless delivery from concept to final production.

Her expertise strongly extends into the luxury and premium sector. Julia has managed international launches, VIP client experiences, trade shows, global conferences and exclusive dinners for brands such as Jimmy Choo, Bulgari, Maserati, AMG One, Ferrari, Aston Martin and Benetti. She has delivered high-end productions in Berlin, Munich, Düsseldorf, Cannes, Monaco, Rome and Saint-Tropez, always operating at the highest standards of discretion, precision and brand alignment.

At Amazon, she led creative campaign activations, overseeing advertising asset management and cross-functional collaboration. At Highsnobiety, she managed integrated brand projects for Burberry, Asics, Tiger of Sweden and Browns, driving communication strategies, content productions, influencer partnerships and international event rollouts.

Most recently, Julia led and produced large-scale outdoor fitness events across Germany in collaboration with Women’s Health, managing up to 1,000 participants per event and coordinating interdisciplinary teams on-site. She is highly experienced in working with diverse internal and external stakeholders and brings deep knowledge of contracts, permitting processes, legal frameworks and ticketing systems.

With a strong personal affinity for sports and a background in teaching yoga and pilates, Julia has also worked extensively with Nike, managing high-profile events featuring internationally renowned personalities such as Dirk Nowitzki, as well as curating immersive trade shows and brand experiences.

Prior to her freelance career, Julia worked as a Project Manager at VICE Media and as a Senior Communications Consultant at Häberlein & Mauerer. She holds a degree in Business Administration, having studied in Berlin and Sydney, and completed an internship at Hugo Boss in New York City.
